You can not go wrong with one of Abe's bows. The Featherhorn is a great bow as are all of his bows. I have owned two Featherhorns a Taiga recurve and a Silver Fox td longbow. All were works of art and Great shooters.

I've owned 3 Featherhorns and have a brother who's owned 2 - all excellent shooting bows. Actually, I have a Featherhorn now that I've hunted with since '98 and it is the only longbow I currently own...and won't be selling it anytime soon. Best combination of shootability, performance, easy to tune and quiet that I've shot in a longbow, and I've shot a bunch.

while I have never shot a featherhorn I own a silver fox and have shot 3 perigrines and a taiga Abe is an excellent craftsman and artist. Every bow of his I have seen and shot is indeed a very functional work of art. You can't go wrong choosing a bow made by this fine craftsman. He is also a heck of a nice guy and a pleasure to deal with. Good luck Delin

As stated above, Abe is a heck of a nice guy and makes a beautiful and great performing bow. IMHO some of the nicest looking bows out there! Fit and finish is outstanding! Smooth, fast and quiet shooters.

thanks a lot!
how about the performances of the featherhorn?
do anybody have tested it over a chrono? what would be the speed with 10 gr per pound arrows?
do anybody have photos of the bow when strung ? (or other photos of course...)
