I have always shot the Trads out of my 50 pound recurves but want to use the lites in my 45# recurve. Wondering what your set up is as far as point weight and length.

Shawn,
Those TradLites shoot awesome out of bows in the 40-55# range. My last deer was taken with those and a 125 grain Magnus 2-blade.
Very accurate flying shaft!!

Shawn, I shoot the Trad Lites in all my bows from 40# - 53#. I just change the tip weight depending on how the bow shoots. On the Browning, I was shooting Trad Lites cut 29.5" bop w/145gr field tip. Fly perfect!

I have two longbows, one 44 and one 47#@28. The 44# is 10 fps faster and I shoot the Trad-Lites cut 29" and weight 570 grains. Shoot completly thru into the ground on Texas bucks weighing about 100-120 lbs field dressed. Ken

Trad Lites spine out 35/55. I cut mine 28.5" for my 27" draw. I installed 100 gr brass insert, 35 gr BHA and they fly great with both 125 and 160 gr heads from my 52# bow. I have a minimum of 255 up front. Keeping the arrow 2" longer than your draw you should be able to decrease FOC by 50 grains.
