looking at glue on 3 blades. Did I miss any manufacturers?
« on: February 06, 2012, 10:50:00 PM »
Hi guys and gals.

I'm switching to 3 blade heads.
I just want to be sure I've pondered them all before buying.

Here are the glue on heads I know of...

Woodsman, Woodsman elite, VPA, snuffer, trail maker, MA, Big Jim's.

Did I miss any...that are currently made?

Sure would be nice to find a 160-190 grain 3 blade head somewhere between a big snuffer and a woodsman/vpa in cutting dia.....

Only thing I could come up with was a 125 grain snuffer with a woody wt.

Thanks.

Red Feather Archery has a good looking 150 or 160 grain-forget which-they are a sponsor.

1 1/4" VPA...my favorite!!!

That single head accounted for 3 turkeys and 3 deer this past season in memory of Chris Surtees...

It's still in perfect shape, and I'm looking to keep it hunting for a while longer.

Thanks Westbrook.

I'd love to find some like that but glue on.

solid 3 blade 160-200 grain 1 1/4"- 1 5/16"  glue on.

...searching....

Zradix, Get a hold of Big Jim...I know he had a bunch of guys back out on him when he had VPA do that special run of 1 1/4" heads...he may have some left he can sell ya.

They made 1 1/4" 200gr. glue-on's and 250gr. screw-in's...

I know some more were made as well, but don't know how readily availible they are.

Hopefully with enough interest, they can make these more often
