What wood(s) are you using? Wood spine depends a little on species/physical weight. A physically heavier arrow seems to require a stiffer spine. (Something about paradox recovery). If you are using different woods as you experiment, you are going to get varying results.
I would normally also recommend bare-shaft testing, but at your draw length, you probably don't have much extra to trim off a full length shaft. You may still be able to adjust and bare-shaft by changing point weight. I would pick a spine you think will be close and play with adjusting point weight.
Another possible option that has worked for me is to find an aluminum or carbon arrow that works, then convert to approximate wood spine. My goal is to eliminate some of the natural variability of wood.
