I have got to make it to that range next time I visit the "kids" in Grand Junction. I bet I can miss that target as good as anyone.
A man who has nothing for which he is willing to fight;nothing he cares about more than his own personal safety;is a miserable creature who has no chance of being free, unless made and kept so by the exertions of better men than himself.

Last summer after a local club shoot was over, a couple friends and I decided to take some LONG shots at a Buffalo they had set out in an open field. It took several tries but I finally hit it. We paced off the distance and it was right at 150yds. It was a lot of fun too!

Shooting that kind of stuff, although in no way is it a hunting type shot, is just plain fun to do!!

Congrats on what looks like a fun time with friends.

Please do!

Our group has become quite skilled in missing this target....even more than the other ones on he course...

Thanks for all the nice comments!

I'd love to try that one. You really get to watch the arrow. Ever try those whistling heads from Kustom King? I haven't, but will be ordering some before too long. Really have an "incoming" sound to them, I bet.
