What kinda glue are you using?  I've done a few but they just don't come out that slick.  Good job, good lookin' arrows.

On the ones I make I just use Duco.

Like Mike I use Duco(only a little spread with a toothpick) and the key is matching the feathers spliced with the feathers your splicing into(width of the feather and thickness).Dry run the splice and push the feathers together,and they will grab and you can match them up that way.
