American Leathers Wet Shot Glove
« on: February 24, 2012, 07:04:00 PM »
Anyone use one of these, have pictures of the finger stalls or just any feedback?  The description on AL's website makes it sound like the finger stalls might fit a little tighter and slip less but there's no pics of the underside of the glove or inside the stalls.

I have a Wetshot and a bigshot, stall has the same overlay on the fingers, the wetshot is lighter and stretchier because of it being made of Neoprene! I use my Wetshot outdoors a lot pretty much weatherproof!

Is there extra material inside the stalls on the wet shot? How is the fit in the fingers compared to the big shot?

I've shot a wet shot for several years.  I love them in the rain.  For me, the fit is superior because the neoprene stretches to fit each finger perfectly. I don't think they would "slip" anymore or any less necessarily.  I've had a couple big shots but shoot the wet shot exclusively.

I, too am interested to know what is in the finger stalls of this glove. From what little I know about it I think it would be a great all-weather glove.

They are a great allweather glove used mine all fall right thru Dec for bow hunting, glove is very stretchy because of the Neoprene constuction and it has good recovery! As stated above fingers fit great each time because of the stretch!

Thanks for the confirmation, Ripforce.
Can you tell me what, if anything, is in the finger stalls of the Wet Shot? I ask because I've never cared for the fingerstalls that have the nylon/plastic inserts...just not enough string feel for me.
One more thing: how long have you used your Wet Shot? Thanks!
