Organization options / techniques for archery cases?
« on: February 26, 2012, 05:28:00 PM »
Finished up a new version of my archery case. For reference the prototype (made of poplar craft boards and scraps I picked up off the side of the road) looks like this:

New version is larger, of ebonized red oak, w/ solid brass hardware and two dividers making 2 4" x 10.5" and one 24.5" x 10.5" compartments.

Struggling w/ organizing things. Tried making a foam insert out of strips of closed cell foam glued together, then cut out and covered w/ cloth, but not getting the folds aesthetically placed...

I've got a couple of draw string bags (large stuffed w/ arm guard and gloves, small w/ spare nocks, points and nock tool), but missed 3 Rivers selling a leather string bag.

Any neat ideas on arranging stuff in an archery case? Inspirational pictures?
