If you would rather read from a chart, you can look at Easton Aluminum arrow chart:
http://www.shootingthestickbow.com/ArrowGuide.htm Check out 3Rivers Archery's chart:
http://www.3riversarchery.com/pdf/ArrowCharts.pdf Given your draw wt. is 57#@28" and your drawing 30", You might find the following in the arrow chart. 57# + 6 lbs (30") is 63# at your draw.
In 3 Rivers chart, under Aluminum, right side find 63 + 5 fast flight string = 68# with 125 Gr.
Looks like .400, but
If you bow is real fast, and close to center shot, select from the chart on the left. For 68#
(fast flight string) the chart says .300 spine.
The Easton Chart will show you what arrows have that spine at 30". If your mounting broadheads, you want to be in the middle of the range, not the top, because you will probably cut the arrows 3/4" longer.
In either case, the 2117 is going to be too light IMO.
Most of this is a starting point. Browse the charts and become familiar with what they are asking. Easton also has a dynamic spine chart, but I did show the link, because the two previous posts, offered something similar.
