hi not sure if this has ever been talked about i came up with a simple way to use bamboo or reed arrows if you like self nocks ok or try this if needed enlarge end holes then glue in a large or long stainless broadhead adapter and a short aluminum adapter on the end for your standard plastic nock now you have added wieght to the lead edge for quicker recovery. hope this helps anyone who trys this. good hunting. I never worked with bamboo, would that make it split easier on impact?
