That was awesome Peter.

If you notice, there is a slow move forward of the arrow then faster move forward in some of the sequences. I thought was interesting. At first I thought it was adjustment at the anchor with a little let down. As I looked at later shots, it was the actual release if the arrow as the string rolls off the fingers. When the string if fully released the arrow moves faster.

I also thought the first arrow showed very little paradox at release. Those are well tuned arrows and a great release.

I will be watching this over and over.

Many thanks folks!!  In fact, the arrows are on the stiff side. The bow is 50 #, and the 23/64" cedar arrows are spined 65 to 69 lbs. I use heavy, 145 to 160 gr. points, I suspect that combo, together with large 5 1/2" fletch, is the key for the proper launching of the arrows.

mmisciag, yes, I also looked on that, and thought it is a creeping release, then I realized the same, the arrow idles when the string has finished rolling over the fingertips.
