New To Me Toy came today
« on: July 28, 2007, 06:15:00 PM »
My new to me Assenhiemer T/D Master Hunter came today. WOW is all I can say. What a pleasure to shoot. 62" amo 52# @ 28". Riser is cocobola and lepoard wood and limbs are bamboo with if I remember right cherry veineers. I will check with Corey on that.

I am afraid I am converting from longbows to curves. I shoot my Blacktail and this one as good if not better than my longbows.        :bigsmyl:

Thanks Ron.

Jeff, I will never get rid or quit shooting my longbows. I just never shot curves like thees two. I guess they just fit right.

Ron, That was at 20 yrds. I've been practicing a lot at that range to get ready for my caribou hunt.

Very nice Donny. I like shooting both and have just added a new Zipper Extreme to the stable. The longbows greatly out number the recurves here, but I still like to have a few around.

No Bro Still 7 when I get the Dryad.LOL. 'Member I sold the Crow Creek and Zipper, but picked up the Assenheimer and a Zipper longbow made by Bob. Been thinking real hard on a Silvertip.

With my new ghillie I hope to be at 10 or so.

Glad you like it.  Someday i'll get another one, when life affords me the time to enjoy it.  I also found all of the paperwork for it and will get that sent off to you, Donald.
