Hey everyone, i will be filming a documentary about how the longbow of britain changed warfare, if any of you have extensively shot ELB's/ warbows, or have any extensive knowledge on the subject, send me a pm or comment.
Or if you have any ideas on who i could contact, thank you

Contact Sir Hugh Soar in England. Foremost authority & very nice to talk to. He's written a few books on the subject & was Knighted for it I believe.

This is not a trad bow hunting thread and will get pulled soon.
I shoot heavy ELBs. I sent you a PM. Contact me back. I can help you.
I have a video of me using a 120# war bow in a split finger "hunting" form, no sky pulling.

Another true expert along with Sir Hugh Soar would be Pip Bickerstaffe. He has done extensive research on the Mary Rose bows and has written several books one of which explains the proper way to shoot an english war bow. Mr. Bickerstaffe is also one of the best bowyers in England, between Sir Hugh and Pip you should get all the info you need.
