the blatent flaw in Mohawks
« on: May 15, 2012, 03:55:00 PM »
the BAD thing about owning a Mohawk is that I can not shot my other bows.
Oh I try, but after a few arrows    :banghead:   I put them away and finish the session with my quiet, quick, light, point-able  Mohawk.  :archer2:

If I start shooting from the left side, and that looks to be a possibility, there will be a nice 66" Sparrowhawk looking to morph into a lefty. Might even spring with the coins to get a 2-piece when I do.
Great bows!

I have only shot one.  And it was in my opinion the definition of what a d style longbow should be.  Extremely quick and everything as described above, it simply was flawless.  No contest, hands down the best d longbow I have ever shot.  I like my Maddogs D/R, but that puppy was right there with them.  God Bless

My new Sparrowhawk is sweet and accurate....just plain fun to shoot!

First time out with my new bow last weekend for some reality shooting. My son and I went stumpin and had a blast.

The SH is still new to me but seems like an old friend.  I picked off a tiny pinecone dangling from  branch at about 18 yards....can't wait to show her some GA hogs.

Wishin' I had me a LH Sparrowhawk - I cannot believe the one that has been just sittin' there in the classifieds that JW is hoping to move....

My Mohawk that I use for shoulder rehab is one sweet-shootin' longbow and I look forward to gettin' one in the future for huntin' big game!

Enjoy those 'Hawks!

Shoot straight, Shinken
