Stumpbuster, I couldn't save you from the Protege (or yourself) w/o going to $400 in the auction, and I had too many other bids leading at that point.  The thing that slows me down is a lot of the bows put up for sale are heavier than I'm looking for - I think a lot of us must be trying to go down in draw weight. I know every time a long longbow in the low 40's comes up, it's SPF before I even see it!

I'm glad to see I'm not the only one.  I have bought five bows from the classifieds in the last week!

I wish I had that problem!  I had to dump all mine except one LOL!  ...and I think I'd sell my truck and walk to work before I sold my Tall Tines!

Congrats on some good bows!  Let us know how that Protege works out for you!

Get a good supply then trade around, doesn't cost near as much that way.

Good luck with your affliction.

That sounds like a good predicament to be in, now you just need to find more time to spend with all of them

Ha ha ha ha.  I'm with you there!

When you get the bite, you just gotta be bit.

I had some friends over this past weekend, and my Bob-Lee-Shooting friend thought he'd walked into ********* Archery when he saw my collection!
