cascade archery DVDs
« on: June 16, 2012, 08:25:00 PM »
So I was lucky enough to win the set of DVDs from the St. Jude auction and it was an amazing win at that. I was to receive Pure Biwhunting and bowhunting reflection. And to my surprise there was a 3rd DVD titled the bowhunting family from the 80s I have not watched that one yet but I have viewed the newest two. And they are everything a hunting video should be.
I have measured all hunting videos to the Fred bear shows and these make you feel as if you are there!!! Not a modern day product ******** , but honest to goodness hunters!!! I highly recommend these to anyone who hunts. I am very very impressed.

My wife and I watched both videos in one night, and enjoyed them more than anything we've seen in quite a while.  Some wonderful camaraderie, and some amazing hunting footage.  We highly recommend these.

An Alaskan Bowhunting Family was filmed in 1979 I can hardly believe it 33 years ago. The camera's that we used were 16 MM the same camera that Fred Bear used to make his 30 minute hunts for the American Sportsman TV seres. We patterned The Alaskan Bowhunting Family after Fred's short films. The one hour caribou and bear hunting DVD can be purchased from Cascade Archery for $ 8.00 plus $ 2.00 shipping. Call 360-435-4251 you will be billed with the DVD or send $ 10.00 to Cascade Archery direct.

Well,it looks like I've got to send Steve another $10.00.  I know it'll be another great video.  More than anything else we've watched, his videos made us want to grab our bows and just go shoot.

Just a heads up that we now have the new film , Pure Bowhunting along with Bowhunting Reflections in stock , pick them up with your next order.
Steve and Fred once again did a great job on Pure Bowhunting showing the joys of hunting with traditional gear in a non pretentious manner.
Great Job Steve!
