Great. I have enjoyed the year in the woods so far even with the heat. I hate those things. I use creeks to access most of my hunting spots when they get thick around here.

You wear pants in the woods? Hahaha, the ticks are so bad here this Summer that I stopped wearing clothes in the woods a couple of months ago.
I go out there in boxer shorts and sandals to check cameras and look for changes.
If I wear pants then I will be covered with ticks. I have bite marks all over. It's been bad.
When you just wear boxers or shorts then you can feel them crawling on your legs and can pull them off ASAP without them making their way up to your waist.

All I have to do is step outside..pick them off me every day after shooting bow. Never been anywhere that has as many ticks as here. Going to have to up the formula with the home brew Permethrin again.

Permrethrin works on bare skin too. Just irritates a little when you sweat!

the last time i wore pants in the woods i had to pick off a dozen deer ticks off of me. never had that many on me at one time before. We didnt have a winter here, so they are bad this summer.

Have any of you guys come across an odorless permethrin? I hate ticks, but I don't like wasting my time sitting in a tree smelling like bug spray either.
