Yes I do Biggie...but when you have to share with 3 women....ya gotta sweeten them up just a bit...the Allegro cut it a bit so it wasn't real sweet...just a hint of candy...that way we were all happy.

Cooking for the crowd-the sign of a true cook.  Ron LaClair loves sweet flavor/soft apples in his pie at Shrewhaven Camp. My fellow lead cook Greg and me like tart/firm apple pie-therefore I make one sweet and slow cooked in a cast iron pan in the oven and one tart. Everyone is happy.  

Mighty fine looking fare Mr. Green. I agree with Roger Norris' comment-I can smell that picture.  :thumbsup:
