Arrow help CX heritage #150 or #250

Im still a little confused on arrow set for my bow. I want to shoot carbon express heritage.
 im shooting a black widow pch, 50lb at my 29in draw. so my arrow length will need to be anywhere from 29.5 up. and i want to shoot woodsman elite non vented. so i will be shooting either 175gr or 200gr head. what spine should i buy?
I am willing to use either the 50 or 100gr inserts if needed. this will be hunting set up for whitetails, thanks guys!

I would go with the 250's if you must, but a 5575 GT trad would  be a better fit.  Keep your arrow a little lighter with plenty of weight and point weight.  I shot the  150 in my long bows and  get kind of light points on my cut a little past center bows. All my cut well past center recurves have liked the 5575 or 250's.

I've got a BW PSA III #51 @ 28" and I draw 27".  I'm shooting 30" CE 250's with 200 up front.  They are a good fit for me.  Also get good flight out of 250 gr. points.

150s out of my 45# Dakota with 200-225gr bh's shoot well.  Shafts are cut to 29.5.

...I'd say with the 175s you should be good with the 150s but if you want to go heavier 250s may be a better option...you're kinda borderline.

I think that even if you use the 250 spine with the 175 grain heads. If you use that weight head you will need to cut it to around 30.25". With the 200 grain head you will be close to 29.5" which is going to put the broadhead closer to your hand than I would recommend.

i would go with the 250 I have a bob lee 50lbs at 29" and I have some heritage 150's with 100 grain brass insert and 145 grain heads and they are very weak, I was a dummy and used gorilla glue super glue and cant get the inserts out. I could send you a couple to try out if you would like just let me know. They are fletched with yellow cap wrap and three 5 inch feathers. Im going to ETAR on friday and staying until sunday so if your going I could meet up with you and you could try them or I could ship them to u just let me know.  brad

i have a kb 50lbs at 28" and i have 150 cut to 29" with 20 grain inserts and 175 grain vpas. they are slightly too weak, next arrows i buy will be 250

The 250s cut to 30-31 and 50 grain brass with 175 up front should be pretty close

I have had good luck with 31 inches,50 grain brass and 150 grain Magnus 2 blade stinger.Poundage around 50#s at 29.5 inches draw.High performance bows and skinny strings.

I like the 250 arrow for hunting.Its a tad heavier snd they shoot quiet with little vibration felt in the bow.I think they have more momentum for better penetration.

I do shoot 150s as well cut a tad shorter than my 250s and with an aluminum insert and 125 grain 150 grain heads.A little flatter trajectory and still a good hunting arrow with descent mass weight out of a 50 # bows.

I prefer the 250 overall for hunting.I dont shoot over 20 yards hunting  and trajectory has not been an issue.The 250 I shoot weighs around 600 grains.

Thanks so much for the willingness to help! im not far from you, im in Roaring spring. i wish i could go up this year but can't due to the new little guy who arrived in April. im going to give the 250 a go and first. if i run into trouble i will give you a shout! thanks so much. and thanks guys for the solid info!!
