Dang Kingsnake!!!!.....
I'm pretty sure I personally sharpened that BHD myself and I know it was shaving hair before it went into the pack. The edge may have degraded slightly but man...now I almost feel guilty. Very sorry buddy. I hope it heals up fast for you.

Thanks for all the get-well thoughts and the much-deserved ribbing. I got out back and slung a few arrows this evening, but I wasn't quite in the zone to feel good about it. I can probably get my shooting in shape between now and Sept 1, but I am concerned about my cardio and my hiking ability. We shall see!

Oh, and Ron . . .the only reason I said the broadhead wasn't hunting sharp is because the info on the pack said I should add a little extra edge. My foot and I thought it as PLENTY sharp.
