From '63 Kodiak Mag to '07 Bob Lee Hunter Sig....

As I eagerly await the arrival of my new bow, I was wondering if anyone could give me a heads up on what differences(if any) can I expect. The bows, while close in length, same poundage, are 44 years apart. While I like the Kmag, it is making some some not so healthy noises when I draw, and I don't care to chance it while hunting. Also,I will do due dilligence on tuning but is there anything that would get me out of the same arrow range? Thanks for any and all.

I have and sometimes still use a K-mag but my go to bow is a Bob Lee bubinga bi-cent takedown 58" with all kinds of limbs recurve and longbow. My main limbs are 56# @28" amd 51@28" recurve.Very smooth bow,(that was the first thing I noticed when I got my first one sig 57@28" 58")compared to my K-mag and DH Hunter that I had been using the last 30 years.I still have both of my old ones though and both have killed deer my first was with a K-mag.You should love the Lee what are you getting.Kip

Thanks, I'm getting a one piece recurve, Hunter Signature, 58#@28". Very basic bow, as I am a very basic guy.
