Blackcreek Archery and the craftsmanship is second to none! I have two of his bows one of which is the Banshee longbow that I've had since 2007 and could not be happier!

the narrowest in a R/D ive seen is the Toelke Whip... amazing bow too.

IN a "D" when strung,  Elmer Pattons Dalton is a real narrow/deep core.

John McCollough makes the "Griffin" longbow. I bought one at Denton Hill this year and just love it.

Well, I just found another narrow-limbed longbow that I think I'm going to like - a Bear Montana! Received one from a fellow 'Ganger yesterday and it shoots nice.
Once again I'm reminded not to overlook the so-called "factory" bows.   ;)    Some of those "factories" seem to know a thing or two about bow design...

Shrew hill bow, or a Tomahawk diamond series would fit what you're looking for.

We are fortunate to have so many fine bowyers building great bows these days, I am sure any of the previously mentioned bowyers would do you a fine job.

     I personally have owned Dan Toelke's "Whip" and have a "Super D" on order, that should arrive in a couple weeks. Great bows and great guy to work with. 3-4 weeks from order to finished bow.

Whippenstick has very narrow limbs.  Best bow I have ever shot and I have owned & shot lots of high end bows

Eaglewings are 1 3/8 at the fades to 1/2 inch at the notches full length taper.
It seems like there are way more than just a few building narrow limb bows.
