St Joe River Longbow Set-up?
« on: August 19, 2012, 11:38:00 PM »
I'm leaving for a caribou hunt in two weeks.  I have my new St Joe River longbow sitting in my lap.  62", 50# @ 28".  I draw 28".

This question is for folks who have a SJR bow only.  Other bow set-ups are irrelevant.  Sorry if that sounds harsh, but other set-ups just muddy the waters...

How have you set up your SJR longbows (brace height, arrow combo, etc)?  I've set up plenty of bows, but time is of the essence and your info may help me get to where I need to be more quickly.

Thank you!

Jerry

My SJR longbow is very forgiving on what arrow  it shoots. It is 62" 52lbs, and right now I am shooting 29.5" Beman Bowhunter 400's with 275 upfront.
