good, inexpensive arrows?

What's the best value in arrows? I don't care if they're carbon or wood... but preferably ones that have a good chart that factors in tip-weight and length and whatnot...for a newbe like me who still needs that kind of thing.

If you shop around, you can find Beman ICS Venture shafts for about $48/dozen.
