Hand drill Steps ? Who makes it?

trying to locate a company still in business that makes the Simmons Woodpecker drill or EZ Cut Tree hopper similiar drill in Bolt steps Etc.?   I see where someone makes the drill attachment but I want to hand gadget one . Web searched alot ad can't find anyone.  Thanks for any help

I talked to Dave last week and he working on re-introducing the Woodpecker.  I've been nagging him about it for the last couple years.  It's about time!
