ooh. Blurry pics. But they are clear enough to see that the nock grooves have squared edges where the string passes over both the back and the belly of the bow...and squared edges in those places are what you do not want. Sidebuster is correct: Put some arc into those places where the string passes over. It's ok for the grooves to be cut a little more into the belly of the bow.
After you smooth out those squared edges, touch-up the finish on the bow tips to help prevent splintering and/or separation. If the bow didn't have any finish to start with, then finish it. A good urethane finish should do it; just put some on the handle first (a **non-working** area), to make sure it won't muck up the bow...
