Just go where you are at since you should be playing the wind anyway. Even when deer smell it, they don't care. I have watched deer stand and feed next to a stand where I had peed earlier in in the day. I moved locations due to wind direction. I have actually seen the same thing right next to an area where I had gone #2 the day before on public land.
Long story short, don't worry about it.

I normally take my foot and make a place on the ground. Then I carefully pee allowing it to run down my leg into the place I made.
The deer never mind.
My wife...different story
