Bamboo shafts????

Anyone have a good contact for bamboo shafts??
Had some on order thru 3Rivers for about 6 months and they finally cancelled the order stating that their source for the shafts had fallen thru.
I would like to get a half dozen to see if I like them, and really don't want to attempt all the work to make my own at the moment.
If anyone knows of a good source please let me know.

This state is loaded with rivercane,it isn't difficult to make your own.Or you can get Martha shafts from lowe's or homedepot.

I'm leaving next Wednesday, our opening day of deer season for Afghanistan, then on to Iraq, hopefully be home just before Christmas.I honestly don't have the time to bother with cutting,drying,straightening,ect.......just want a few shafts to put some heads and feathers on and see if I like the performance of bamboo.
If so,I'll likely tackle making my own hoard of them down the road..........

I don't have any extra bamboo or cane shafts to send but you may get some info from this link when you decide to build your own.

I got some years ago from Jaap Koppedrayer at Yumi Bows. Might try there, but I don't have the contact info anymore.

I have a few I could send you for the cost of postage. These are cured and ready to build. Send me your address.
