Predator Carry Box
« on: September 26, 2012, 08:38:00 PM »
Needed a box for my Predator I purchased from parshal this summer. I had some scrap cherry ply. It came out good. Going to add an antler carry handle later.

Beautiful.  Where did you get the foam?  How did you cut the foam so nice??

Great job.  Thanks

Dan

Thanks for the comments! Woodworking for me is another escape. KS Dan, I sent you a message on the foam, I suspect it is the original foam from Predator, I bought this from parshal on here. maybe he knows for sure. The  foam is what he had it packed in for shipping.
And yes, good beer does help  ;)

Great job!!!! How much does the finished product weigh?  And did you use 1/2" ply?  I made one out of birch 3/4" ply but it was about 20 lbs so I use it for tools in the garage now
