How many B-50 strands for a 50# recurve?

I agree with 14 as what may be best but I run 16 on everything as I like th way I get it to fit my nocks...I use std Sure nocks and never ever have to change the tension on my server to get it all to work , BUT 14 is plenty for strength for 50# bows.
