I think they look very neat and Plan on cutting a template to make my own fletching rather than buying the arrows. Not sure how they would fly though seeing as they look like fletching put on backwards.

When LotR came out I had all kinds of people asking for arrows, "just like Legolas has..."
Damn elf.
In any case, no reason whey they won't fly fine. It's the surface area of the feather that steers the arrow, not the shape. The trailing edge may make a little noise.
