Bill I've owned a slammer and like it a lot . Shot a whip about a couple months ago at a club meeting. The guy had to ask for his bow back. Lol. It is defiantly on my list to own one. Lawman

Never shot a Slammer, but I own more than one Whip if that tells you anything.

Boy ...this would be a Hard one here,Ive owned 5 Toelke's and 6 Slammers..I will hunt with 2 Slammers this year,Shot my deer last year with Whips..The Whips pull a little tight, alot like a Widow,vs a Silvertip,if that makes since, they just load diffrently. The Slammers are highly R/D vs the Whips,No Hand-shock at all from a Slammer,Not really any noticeable in the Whips,Totally diff.Grips, the Whip needs leather or Sure grip or it will try to turn a bit in your hand, because of the finish,As the Bowyers,Leon is more Quiet laid back and Confident bowyer,While Dan will give you a Bow lesson and tell you the geometry of the power stroke of a Bow...Can't go wrong with either, all this talk ive done is with the 1 pcs Bows..I would not shoot neither of there take-downs..Silvertips are for Take-downs..Got a few of those too...

I've heard good things about Stewart, but Toelke is never the wrong decision.

Floodman who is Jim? He is not the maker of the Toelke Whip. Dan and Jared Toelke make the Whip from start to finish. Lams are ground in house as well as all the woods are milled from rough stock purchased by the pallet full.

I never shot a slammer, but I have finally found my bow.  I have owned over a dozen bows in the last couple of years.  Now I own one .....a Toelke.
