Is there something wrong with Sticshooter?

I am trying to get Antler Limb Bolts from Sticshooter. Since my mail or pm's were not answered, I gave them a phone-call, all the way from The Netherlands.
Michelle (Shell) took the phone and we had a very nice conversation for over one hour. She promised me she would make them right away and send me some pics... Two weeks later I still heard nothing. After many efforts I got an answer via the mail, that she was making them as we spoke and that she would send pics ASAP.
Now I am two weeks later again and I still heard nothing again, get no answers on my mails or PM's and they don't take the phone.

Are they in some kind of trouble (which I don't hope for them because they look very nice to me?) Or just busy?

Somebody knows?
