arrow building kit?

I lost the info i had on a arrow kit.The kit included wood shafts,tips,nocks,and fletching.I was at the website but can`t find it again.I was hoping someone could point me in the right direction.Thanks.

Was it at this site? In the classifieds maybe? Or was it a primitive arrow building kit from say, 3Rivers?
