I've been using a Muddy Outdoors harness that I picked up from a fellow TG'er. Really like it alot..light weight and doesn't tangle when I throw it in the back of my truck like my summit use to. Makes it alot easier to put on the next morning.
Do not follow where the path may lead.  Go, instead, where there is no path and leave a trail.

I use a Spider harness when hanging in a tree but think the vest is a bit stiff for my liking.  I got it off the classifieds this year because this is the first year I've ever hunted from a stand.

My father-in-law has a Hunters Safety System vest that I like better so I'll probably get one of those when my Spider wears out.

I also have the Spider harness, best harness I have used! Lightweight, quiet, and easy to use. I also added the spider wire decent system, for use when I'm in my climber, or hunting by myself. I have used the CDS, HSS systems, and my opinion the Spider harness has been the best so far!

I have never used the new "high performance harnesses".  Every time I look at them or try they on at the store they just seem too heavy and bulky.

Right now my favorite one is the "free" one that came with my summit tree stand w/ a tree rope with prussic knot from an older loggy harness.  It is very light and easy to put on.  The buckles are heavy duty plastic so they don't make noise.

Unfortunately, I am not sure they sell it separately.

My favorite is the one I got with my Ol' Man treestand.  Super comfortable and safe!

I have the Tree Spider speed harness. I am able to wear it underneath my fleece coat with no restrictions or bulkiness, the buckles are simple, and adjustments can be made easily. I also have the Live Wire descent system, which I have not had to test out yet!   :scared:

Muddy makes one, and it's really comfortable and you hardly know you are wearing it

HSS ultralight.  This is the first year I have worn a harness in 17 or so years of hunting deer.  I tried the ones that came with the stands and they were just too much of a pain in the ass in my opinion.  Now I'm a little older and a little smarter so I decided I better get used to wearing one or get used to ground hunting.  The HSS ultralight is all that I could ask for.  Easy to put on and off with excellent buckles.  Easy to attach to the tree, and most importantly I don't even notice it is on me. Its worth the hundred bucks or so.

I use a Miller Revolution that was retired from mill life because the OSHA safety guy said it was frayed.  Industrial fall arrest equipment is light years ahead of hobby grade stuff.  When you think about it...  Your life depends on that stuff working.

I also use an 8' retractable line (no hard tethers) and practice 100% tie offs in treestands.  I usually have two straps with me that I've had for years.  Pretty much look like seatbelt material, and I use industrial D rings with it all, designed for climbing.

Just picked up a slightly used HSS Pro Hunter... Really like the design, also very comfortable.
