What happens when Im not hunting? Of course!

What happens when I'm still recovering and cant hunt?
Broad daylight,comfortably warm out, last Saturday, 8 yards from my white pine stand.
A "friend" set up a trail camera at the base of the deer run right in front of my stand.

He's a good one, for sure. How much longer for your season? That is a good incentive to get into hunting shape!

I was thinking the same thing!  :laughing:  I really hope your better soon and get that guy. He has the nerve to stand there like that, go kill him.

At least you have a picture to remember him if he doesn't make it the next time you're out. I don't have anything like that around me. Hope you catch up with him.

Heh, naw I'm out till at least March from what the doc says.
I hope he hunkers down in someone's backyard. The shotgun season here in this area is beyond belief crazy.
If he makes it, I'll be looking for him next year. Word travels fast so if he ends up like swiss cheese from all the gunners that will plow through here, I'll know.

Isnt that always the way! As bad as i hate to say it, theres always next yr. More importantly, is your recovery, so that next season you can go gettim!

Well, he's dead. Opening day of shotgun here and I got the call. Swiss cheese, 4 slugs put him down. 2 different guys shot him.   :(    :(    :(
