Matlock Predator Longbow?

I have been offered one in trade ,for my Bob Thompson Zipper.Can anyone tell me anything about the Bowyer, or the Skinny on performance?Tried to Google the name, and no info!

I dont know if he's still around or not. I think he had a stroke or something similar a few years back. His longbows are exceptional.

He did have a stroke a number,of years ago.
Have not heard anything in recent years.
He gave a seminar at the UBM banquet a year or so before the stroke.
He was,a proponent of a high nocking point.
Bows were nice.

As said above, Matlocks are great bows. I had an X2 that was a fantastic shooter. It was a little more pounds than I like but a buddy of mine thought it was perfect for him and is still shooting it. Can't go wrong if you can find one!

When i'm shooting a longbow that is the one i shoot. I have a Predator too!, Predator X and a Predator X3, they all shoot great. Shoot very fast and mine really shot a 550gr to 650gr arrow well.

Several of my friends have owned and shot the Matlock Predator and have spoken very highly of the performance level. I don't think you'll go wrong!!
