Sitka Inserts Question

Gents, does anyone remember the olden days when some of us used aluminum inserts in our Grizzly Stik Sitkas?
What size aluminum inserts did we use?  those light weight aluminum inserts work just fine in my Sitkas - no need to use the 75 grain brass inserts that now come with Sitkas?

I don't remember but BIG. LOL
I may have some.  If you're having a hard time finding them. If I find them ill send them to you. But be warned my garage is a MESS and it may take a few days.
