Pig hunt advice?
« on: January 07, 2013, 04:00:00 PM »
Good evening TG! My wife and I are going to see her sister play in her last softball tournament ever from March 2-9th in Orlando Florida, and I got the ok to go on a pig hunt! It will only be one day (for now, I'm gonna convince her how imperative at least 2 days will be   :bigsmyl:  ) my question is: where do I start???

True South Adventures handle Tarponnut may be close to your trip in Orlando.

Check the animal shot placements link  http://tradgang.com/noncgi/ultimatebb.php?ubb=get_topic;f=1;t=108224  and know where a hogs vitals really are.

True South Adventures a sponsor here.  If or when I get back down to Florida I'm gonna give him a call.

This is the ultimate hog hunting info thread from a few years back.

I got an email from Curtis (littlefeather) the other day.  He is doing well.

Two items for you.  Be as close to 100% scent free.  They will out smart you.  Shoot low and tight to the shoulder.  I.E. (look at the elbow)
