Hidden Hunter Blind and 68" longbow
« on: January 10, 2013, 11:02:00 AM »
Has anyone hunted out of the 6x6 Hidden Hunter blind with a 68" longbow?  If so would there be room if my kid was in the blind with me?  I'm needing a blind and want to buy American made.  Thanks.

I've read the post and it does not mention shooting a 68" bow and I didn't want to get his tread off track with my question.

Glad you posted this I have the exact same question.  All my bows are 68" longbows and I to have been looking at the 6x6 Hidden Hunter blind wondering if it would work.

It's tight for me with a 66" bow. You have to be set up just right inside with your back against the back of the blind. I'm sure you could get use to it.  But I like how it sets up quick and easy to carry.

Like CJ, I've shot my 66" out of it and it is snug, I draw 29.5" so I use the whole blind front to back. Didnt want to risk a hole in it so I didnt try my 68"

I know Ron LaClair was shooting his 66" bow out of his.

In this blind I find you need to be more vertical and less cant or you hit the side of the blind
