I don't have any hand shock or vibration with mine, but then all of my hunting arrows are 600 grains plus. Still, plenty of arrows in the 500 grain range have went through it without any issues.
What is the brace height?
Poundage?
String material?
Nock height?
How tight are your nocks?
How are you gripping the bow?
Your grip will be different, depending rather it has the straight or pistol type riser.
With any bow, the first thing I do is tune it to where that particular bow performs most smoothly, with the least amount of vibration.
If the problem persists after tuning, try arrows with different spines. There is the chance the arrow is too stiff and the end is slapping the riser. If they are flying good, a heavier arrow may help. I think Brent recommends around 10 grains per pound of draw weight.
If you are unfamiliar with tuning a bow, run a search, there are several good threads that explain on how to do it a lot better than I can. The best I have found is by OL Adcock,
