Cobweb and the Liberty Classic

My buddy Cobweb stopped by this afternoon wanting to shoot Allen's new Liberty Classic.
Quote: Cobweb..."Mudd of all the new bows you've had I like this one best!"
I totally understand why... these arrows were the 1st group he ever shot from the bow and the range was a little over 15 yards.
I got in on a bit of the action as well and I wanted to show off my "Wool" from Teresa.
I kept forgetting to get pictures of it.
God bless,Mudd

Thanks for the compliments.
This bow still belongs to Allen Boice (Liberty Longbows, I'm just giving it a test drive.
The zippered wool jacket is "Evening Shade or Evening Stand" brown or green.....lol can't remember which...old timers.
God bless,Mudd

Nice looking bow. I love the engish my wife got me a few years back. It is smooth for sure. Excellent craftsmanship and finish. If the classic is anywhere close to the english it is a sweet bow. Mr boice makes some fine bows.

Mudd,
That's a fine looking group cobweb shot. Hope I get to see him in a couple weeks. Looking forward to shooting that bow too.

Allen really puts part of himself in every bow. I have two and love them
Hard to find fault in anything the Asbells do. That plaid is definitely "fall" and would work in sage as well
Thanks foe sharing, Mudd.

Just finalized the specs on my Classic with Allen this weekend. Ebony riser and overlays on black glass. Carmelized bamboo core. 50-52# @27 68". Considered bocote, zircote and myrtle for the riser. An English Allen built last spring for another archer with ebony and black glass with the carmelized boo lams has stuck with me. So I went with that minus the yew overlays on my new Classic. Feb. should be and interesting month, my son and his wife will be having twins in New Jersey. I'll be there mid month and come home to new bow.
Doesn't get much better for an old guy.
