Is this a PBS contest for members only or is this a National Arrow Contest for anyone that wants to enter.

Craig this one was open to anyone. Next year it will be help by the PBS I believe.

I had donated a dozen in a display box years ago to the PBS that auctioned off for $1,600.00. It was a really cool feeling knowing where the money was going.
