I have gotten them from both Kustom King and 3 Rivers in the past.

Nocking point carries them, 11/32 & 23/64

They are glue-on,I bought some 23/64" 190 gr. glue-on from 3Rivers a couple of years back.

I have only seen 190's as glue-on.  Screw-in have always been 200.

the 200 grain screw ins will work fine for you.
If you're really worried about it 10 grains files off pretty quick..even quicker with a grinder or belt sander.

BTW...what screw in B-head are you using that weighs 190 grain?
