What ever happened to . . .?

I was in my basement last night looking at some old magazines - Traditional Archery.  Does anyone know what became of the publisher, Harvey Overshiner?

Tom Mussatto can fill you in. Harvey wasn't a very good businessman and had some honesty issues with advertisers and subscribers alike.
