Bow for 21 month old
« on: August 22, 2007, 09:56:00 AM »
Folks,

Who makes some real light weight kid bows.  I was shooting yesterday evening with buddy and had my son over there will be 2 in november.  He had a fiberglass kiddie bow and i thought what the heck lets see if my boy can shoot.  He is a natural.  I got down to help him, trying to tell him to put this hand here this hand on the string.  Before I knew what had happend the little sucker just took over and was shooting.  Got me to thinking that may not be too early to let him start having some fun with dad.  I would say this bow was probaly about 15 lb draw which was to heavy.  Does anybody make a little 8-10lb draw bow.  I have seen some on websites in the past but thought somebody might be able to tell me just where to look.

Thanks

My little guy has been dragging (literally) his lil kodiak around for two years...he's gonna be three next month and loves his.

Got it from 3 Rivers.  Elk Ridge is also a fantastic resource...nice buy back option.

Great pics!

Crimson Mist on here can set you up right also. He made my boy his first "custom" bow.
