These will be for my wife, her specs are
Dale Dye recurve 8 strand FF string
60" 38#@29" she pulls a strong 29"
Would like to use 125gr-150gr points & stock insert
I just don't know enough about the shafts to decide, AD lite or AD Xlight?
Thanks in advance,

I shoot 30" Trad Lights with 200 gr. heads out of several bows that pull in the low 50's at my 27" DL.
I'd go with the Xlights.

I would go with the xlights. I just started using AD trad lights. I am shooting 54@29 and heavier with 30" shafts 100 gr. inserts and 125-175 heads.

I would lean toward the xlights, although the Trad lites would shoot as well IMO.
Excellent shafts!
