Comptons vendor question last summer
«

There was a guy selling knapper heads. He was on the opposite side of the vending area from me. I bought a head from him, but would like to get some more. I can't for the life of me remember his name or company. Anyone out there know? Thanks!!

Ryan,
I bought a Keokuk head from him as well. I had a card somewhere, but that is like a needle in a haystack! Will look...

I believe Mike is the most skilled knapper I have ever met! He is really interesting to talk to, and extremely knowledgeable about his craft.
If no one else comes up with his number, I will look for his card...

There was also a fellow of Native American ancestry in that same general area. I believe he may have been from New Mexico ?
