Real quick heres my set up.  54# Super Kodiak shooting  Carbon Express 250 at 28.5" (arrow length)  with a 150 grain tip gives me 14.46 FOC and a 519 grain arrow. I shoot three fingers under, when I shoot a fletched arrow through paper I get a bullet hole a bare shaft gives me knock high.  When I shoot a group at the target at about 12 yds the bare shaft hits in the same line as the fletched arrows but about 3-4" low.  I have tried as high as 3/4" to as low as 1/8" but can't get the bare shaft to tune perfectly.  My fletched arrows fly like darts should I screw in a broadhead and if they fly true call it quits, or is there something I'm missing.  Thanks Joe

O.L.'s site is fantastic and a great resource.  Like Charlie said, however, given the information you have provided, you have done your homework.  If your BHs fly true...you are ready to go!

I wouldn't worry about it unless you are going to use the bare shafts to hunt with.

Remember this, Paper tunning only tells you what the arrow is doing at a given point in flight.  If the bare shaft results were good then fletch. If Bh fly good then sharpen them up and hit the woods.......

Wow!  I wouldn't have thought those arrows would fly unless you are drawing to 35" with an overdraw!  Seem way too stiff to me, but that's just me.

If your shots are going to be 12 yards, get to testing the bh's...if not, move out to 20+ and see what happens...distance may unveil quite a bit.
