Fine tuning of Martin Jaguar T/D
« on: March 18, 2013, 09:18:00 AM »
Hello fellow trad archers, recurve shooter Harry here.

Currently I have two recurve bows; Samick Sage, and Martin Jaguar T/D. I like both of them equally very much but I figured I am gonna take Jaguar to hunt this season.    :archer:

Here is the question!
Jaguar isn't the quietest bow, because of that I am trying to find a 'sweet spot'. ( Oh and I built a shelf to shoot off the shelf.)
Does anyone find their 'sweet spot'? Please let me know.   :archer2:

I'm confused. You trying to quiet the bow? Or find the brace height were you get best arrow flight?

Point of the question was to see other's set up for either arrow flight or quiet down the bow.

So either one. Just want to see how people set their Jaguar up.
